How much does it cost?

Our standard tournament package starts at $500 and includes a 4-hour event, 6–8 courts, and support for up to 40 teams (80 players). This package covers event setup, court layout, tournament management, and smooth event flow from start to finish.

Pricing may increase based on several factors, including but not limited to:

Extended travel distance outside our normal service area
Additional courts or increased player/team capacity
Tournament format and overall event length (round-robin, double elimination, multi-division, etc.)
Trophy or prize add-ons
Custom event needs or special requests

Note: Set-up and tear-down does not count towards the time block scheduled for your event. These services are included in your package pricing. This ensures that the time block scheduled is dedicated to your actual tournament.
